Gohad

Gohad also Gohud, is a city and a municipality in Bhind district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
The Gohad Municipality has population of 58,939 per report released by Census India 2011.
A town of historical importance it is situated close to the city of Gwalior.It was an estate belonging formerly to Bamrolias.
It is also one of the three Jat States in India, the other two are Bharatpur and Dholpur
